By using Perfectio.com subscription services, you agree that under no circumstances will you hold or attempt to hold Perfectio.com liable for any damages in excess of the total fees paid by you to Perfectio.com in the previous six months.

Perfectio.com does not make any express or implied warranty including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose of any information, service or products offered on the Internet.

Although Perfectio.com endeavors to make the Internet safe for its subscribers, Perfectio.com accepts no liability for damages as a result of access to the Internet. Each subscriber is responsible for appropriate safety measures when interacting with the Internet including, but not limited to, scanning all downloaded files for viruses, guarding passwords, and protecting minors from inappropriate communication.

Although users can obtain information on standard safety measures from Perfectio.com support personnel, Perfectio.com in no way warranties, or accepts liability for such information.

Perfectio.com. will make every effort to maintain the confidentiality of subscriber's electronic mail. However, because of technological limitations, Perfectio.com cannot guarantee such confidentiality. Additionally, Perfectio.com will cooperate with any law enforcement agency that has obtained proper legal authority to view subscriber's email.

Perfectio.com services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any U.S. or state regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material or material protected by trade secret. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perfectio.com from any claims resulting from your use of this service, which damages you or another party. At our discretion, we may revoke your service for any reason.

Perfectio.com reserves this right to cancel this service and reimburse you with any unused fees where appropriate on a pro-rated basis.

You may cancel a month to month account at any time by letter. The Date of Termination will be the final day of the month in which you request the termination of your service. You will still be responsible for any fees incurred up to the Date of Termination of this service. Additionally, any fees collected in advance for future services are nonrefundable, even if the services are cancelled.

You may also cancel an account with a term contract at any time by letter. You will remain liable for recurring charges for the balance of the term outlined in the contract.

Credit card information may be used by Perfectio.com only to fund charges authorized by you, and will only be used if entered by you for recurring charges.

Perfectio.com Signature Service allows for the unlimited transfer data, unlimited email addresses, unlimited FTP access to your files, and unlimited processor time. Perfectio.com reserves the right to suspend indefinately access to any files or directories which interrupt access to or performance of other clients' websites.

Perfectio.com will take any steps it deems necessary to stop any process or activity which compromises the function of a Perfectio.com server. These processes or activities may include intended or unintended acts of our customers, and stopping these processes or activities may include disabling the account of the customer whose processes or activities are compromising the function of a Perfectio.com server.

Perfectio.com is not liable in any way for failure of third party services.
